Terms of Sale:

ILOVEBAGS operates as an online shopping website, with price, measurements, colour, material and other details of the bags and accessories set out at the relevant page.  All bags and accessories are sold as per such description in good condition, unless otherwise specified by us.

 A valid contract of sale is formed upon the acceptance by us of your email or telephone order.  Accordingly, our acceptance may take the form of an email, text message or telephone   confirmation of your order (as applicable).

All contracts of sale shall be transacted on the basis of postal delivery of the item for the convenience of both parties.

If instead of postal delivery, a customer wishes to meet-up, for cash on delivery, we may accede to such requests at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.  Such meet-ups shall be at our designated locations in Singapore and subject to our availability and convenience.

As with all online shopping, to save on overheads and keep our prices low, we do not provide previewing of a bag or accessory for design, colour, size and other details.  At a meet-up, once the customer verifies that the bag or accessory is in good condition, the customer must proceed to complete the purchase of the item.  In the event that the item is rejected for reason(s) other than the poor condition of the item (eg., rejections due to size, colour or design), a S$20 administrative fee will be payable by the customer immediately to our ILOVEBAGS representative for reimbursement of our travel time, expenses and efforts.  We seek your understanding that this administrative fee is necessary to prevent the  the abuse of our free-of-charge meet-up for delivery service, as abuse will lead to an increase in our overheads and consequently our product prices.
