  1. Why are your bags cheaper than the retail prices in Singapore?

 

A:  Our bags are sourced from different parts of the world, where prices are lower.  With our lower overheads,  our savings are passed directly to you.

 

  1. Are your bags authentic?

 

A:   Yes, our bags are truly authentic.  They are all parallel imports from the various countries where the particular brand retails at a lower price than other parts of the world.

 

We source our bags from actual boutiques, outlet malls, warehouse and major department store sales.  They are therefore all genuine.

 

  1. Are all your bags and accessories new?

 

A:   Yes, all the products you see featured on our website are brand new and unused.  We do not sell used or second hand items.  In addition, we demand nothing less as bag lovers and personally check and ensure all bags are in good condition prior to delivery.

 

  1. Do all your bags come with dustbags?

 

A:   Where we have dustbags from the brand itself, we will deliver it together with your bag purchase.  However, because some of our bags are purchased at outlet malls or during sales (such sources allow us to bring you even lower prices), dustbags from the original brands may not be available.  In such cases, we will provide you with our generic ILOVEBAGS dustbag.

 

  1. Why does the price tag on my COACH bag says “Coach Factory”?

 

A:   It is because we sourced it from a Coach outlet to pass you your COACH bag at a great price!

 

  1. Why is there no registration card with my COACH bag?  Does that mean it is fake?

 

A:   The registration card is not an authenticity certificate of your COACH bag.  It merely allows you to register for updates and newsletters from COACH. 

 

7.   How do I know that my COACH bag is authentic?

 

A:   Authenticity of your COACH bag is seen from the Serial Number printed on the leather authenticity patch sewn into your COACH bag.  This leather authenticity patch is always sewn below the inner pocket zip of your handbag.  You can use this Serial Number to verify the authenticity of your COACH bag with COACH itself, or to register online for newsletters and updates from COACH.

 

      The letterings on the leather patch of authentic COACH bags are also clear and deeply impressed into the leather.  Fakes usually have blurred or faint letterings that are lightly imprinted onto the leather.

 

  1. What if the bag that I want from your website is out of stock?

 

A:   We will be happy to source it for you subject to an advance 20% non-refundable deposit from you.  If however for some reason we are unable to obtain it for you at the previously advertised price and you are not agreeable to our new quoted price, we will refund you the deposit, without interest.

 

  1. How do I know the bag that I see on your website is in good condition?

 

A:   Our photographs are an accurate portrayal of our products.  What you see is what you get (subject to variations in colour due to the different display capabilities of computer monitors or the natural grain of leather for leather products or components).

 

We have also thoroughly checked our bags and accessories to ensure that they are in good condition before putting them up for sale.  If they are not, they will be categorised under our “Sale Corner” which gives further discounts for goods with slight defects (their defects being clearly stated with the product photographs).

 

  1. Can I return my purchase?

 

A:   ILOVEBAGS does not have a refund or exchange policy.  If you have purchased it, it is yours.  We regret that like most bag stores in Singapore, we are unable to entertain requests for refunds or exchanges.

 

Please check the condition of your purchased item when it is delivered, and if for some unfathomable reason there is a defect (which is very unlikely since we have personally checked their condition beforehand), you must give a signed written statement of why you are rejecting the bag to our courier person.  Upon our receipt of the rejected item and your rejection statement from our courier person, we will verify the matter.  If the item is indeed defective, ILOVEBAGS will at its discretion provide you with a full refund or exchange.

 

 

  1. Does ILOVEBAGS deliver internationally?
