1	The terms of use may be amended, varied or revised from time to time without prior notice and your continuing use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound.
2	We reserve the right to decline any order you may place with us over the Site. As all Products are on an ‘as available’ basis, we reserve the right to limit or decline an order from you.
3	All trademarks, product, merchandise design rights or any other intellectual property rights inherent in the Products as shown on the Site belong exclusively to the respective brand owners and are used by ILOVEBAGS solely for description of the Products featured on the Site. ILOVEBAGS is not an authorised distributor, retailer or re-seller of the brands mentioned or referred to on the Site, nor is ILOVEBAGS endorsed by or otherwise associated with any of the brand owners in any manner whatsoever. All other rights reserved.
4	Except for the intellectual property rights belonging to their respective brand owners as stated in clause 3 above, all other original information, data, images, photographs and other materials which appear on the Site ("Contents") are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights owned by ILOVEBAGS. The Contents and the Site as a whole are for personal use only. If you download or copy the Contents, they shall be for your personal use only without any transfer of any right, title or interest in the materials downloaded. You shall not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site or any related software.
5	Your feedback and comments are appreciated and any such feedback and comments (“Feedback”) shall be and remain the property of ILOVEBAGS. You shall remain responsible for your Feedback, ensuring that such Feedback does not contain any libelous, slanderous, defamatory, abusive or infringing contents.
6	You agree that we may email or contact you with regards any changes to the Site, any information, updates or news relating to our Products or business or the industry, or for such other purposes we deem appropriate or necessary.
7	The Products are available while stocks last although we will be happy to source for additional stocks of Products upon placement of a deposit for such special orders. All prices stated on the Site are in Singapore dollars and exclude delivery and insurance costs.
8	The images and photographs of the Products are an accurate portrayal of the colours of the Products, subject to the technological specifications or restraint of the equipment used to take, process and upload the photographs and images. As individual computer or laptop monitors differ, colours may vary from one display screen to another. Unless expressly stated, the size of the Products in the images and photographs do not reflect the actual size of the Products.
9	You agree that ILOVEBAGS may employ cookies, action tags or other legal technological means to record your accessing of our Site for providing better services and more effective marketing purposes.
10	Please note that we do not control any links, services or resources provided by other third parties referenced or linked to our Site. If you have any query on such external services, please contact them directly.
11	We make no warranties of any kind with respect to the Products, the Site and the Contents, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of satisfactory condition, merchantability, title, fitness or adequacy of purpose.
12	Your use of the Site is at your sole risk and ILOVEBAGS and its shareholders or owners or employees assume no liability for any loss or damage which you may suffer as a result of or related to the use of the Site.
13	We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the Products and their description and price, and our services. However, our Site may from time to time, reflect inadvertent errors or omissions or inaccuracies relating to the Products, their description and price, and our services. Accordingly, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to revise or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have confirmed your order). We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
14	IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED AT LAW, SHALL ILOVEBAGS NOR ANY OF ITS SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, PARTNERS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, ADDITIONAL COSTS OR DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOST DATA OR COST OF SERVICING OR REPAIR OF COMPUTER OR OTHER EQUIPMENT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES, HOWSOEVER ARISING OR SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF ANY USE (OR INABILITY TO USE) OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, SERVICES, THIRD PARTY LINKS OR PRODUCTS INTRODUCED OR DESCRIBED HEREIN.
15	You agree to indemnify and hold ILOVEBAGS and its shareholders or owners harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees on a full indemnity basis arising from or related to your use of the Site.
16	These terms of use and accordingly your agreement thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without reference to conflicts of law rules. Any dispute arising under these terms and your agreement thereto shall be resolved exclusively in Singapore.
